2dx_merge and Maximum Likelihood will be released soon
Release of Version 3 is planned for the end of October 2007.
The next release of 2dx will be version 3.0.0, and will include the 2dx_merge program, the Maximum Likelihood software, and the mechanisms for re-unbending of the images with the merged dataset as synthetic reference.
This next version will probably be released at the end of October 2007. Please drop us an email if we should alert you when that next version is out.
